Real Property Tax
Existing Establishment
1. Present the Tax Declaration Number or Official Receipt of previous tax payment for the issuance of an Order of Payment.

2. Pay the tax dues indicated in the Order of Payment.
Transferred Real Property
1. Applicants must have the Original or Certified true copy of the Following documents (2 copies each):
- Title
- a.) Deed of Absolute Sale (if sale)
b.) Deed of Donation (if donation)
c.) Deed of Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate; Affidavit of Self Adjudication; affidavit of Publication (if estate/inheritance)
d.) Deed of Subdivision with Sale; Deed of Consolidation and Sub- division with Sale; Deed of Partition with Sale (if subdivision with sale)
e.) Deed of Sale of Undivided Portion of Land (if sale of portion)
f.) Deed of Assignment (if transfer to corporation of the same incorporators
g.) Deed of Exchange
h.) Deed of Re-conveyance (if returned to original owner/seller)
i.) Dacion en Pago; Certificate of Sale; Affidavit of Consolidation (if auctioned)
j.) Secretary Certificate; Board Resolution (if seller/buyer is Corporation or incorporation)
k.) BIR - Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR); Form 1706 Capital Gain Tax; Form 1800 Donors Tax; Form 1801 Estate Tax; Form 1606 Withholding Tax; Tax Exemption; Form 2000 Documentary Stamp; Expanded Withholding Tax; Tax Clearance Certificate etc
l.) Transfer Tax Receipt
m.) Current tax receipt / Latest tax receipt (amilyar)
n.) Approved subdivision/consolidation- subdivision plan

2. Submit all documents stated above for review and examination including the applicants request for inspection to the Office of the Municipal Assessor. After the reviewing and examining of needed documents for applicants with complete documents needed, proceed to personnel-in-charge for encoding, sketching, issuance of ARP number and PIN . Submit a request for inspection. If documents are incomplete, the personnel will return the applicants documents for completion.

3. After the inspection, secure a new Tax Declaration from the Office of the Municipal Assessor stating the appropriate annual real estate property dues.

4. Pay the necessary fees and charges at the Treasurer's Office.

5. Go back to the Municipal Assessor/Assistant Municipal Assessor with documents stated above including the FAAS and O.R. from the treasurer's Office/Tax Declaration for approval/recommendation for approval.
